If you
have booked via booking.com or airbnb, the general
terms and conditions apply as stated on these reservation platforms.
The
rental agreement can be entered into via the website, verbally, by telephone,
in writing or by e-mail.
After
receiving your reservation request, B&B Scacco Matto will send a confirmation by e-mail.
After
approval and return of this, the reservation is provisionally final for 2 weeks
After
payment, the reservation is only final

is made to these General Terms and Conditions on our booking confirmations.
B&B Scacco Matto offers its guests the opportunity to book an apartment by phone or email, the full amount must be transferred. Only then is the booking done. You can book and pay yourself via the booking calendar on this website. The accommodation costs in B&B Scacco Matto must always be paid in advance by bank transfer, PayPal or the payment option on the website. The current rates can be found on this website.
In case of cancellation within 7 days of the reservation, you pay 100% of the total amount.
B&B Scacco Matto can deviate from this condition in consultation with the user.
The
following cancellation conditions apply to reservations:
Free
cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
In case
of no show or cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date, you pay the
entire reservation amount.
Cancellation
is not possible in the case of discount promotions or other price agreements.
You must take out cancellation insurance yourself
The
customer and her accompanying guests are jointly and severally liable for all
damage caused to B&B Scacco Matto,
supplier and other guests. Including all consequential damages, both direct and
indirect.
B&B Scacco Matto reserves the right
to change these terms and conditions in the meantime without giving any reason.
By
making a reservation, the guest declares to agree with the content of these
General Terms and Conditions and the house rules.
