The general terms and conditions apply to reservations made via www.scaccomatto.com, or reservations made by email/telephone.
If you have booked via booking.com or Airbnb, the general terms and conditions as stated on these reservation platforms apply.
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
The rental agreement can be entered into via the website, verbally, by telephone, in writing, or by email.
Upon receipt of your reservation request, B&B Scacco Matto will send a confirmation by email.
After approval and return of this confirmation, the reservation is provisionally final for 2 weeks.
The reservation only becomes final after payment.
Our reservation confirmations refer to these General Terms and Conditions.
PAYMENT
B&B Scacco Matto offers its guests the option to book an apartment by telephone or email; the full amount must be transferred. Only then is the booking confirmed. You can book and pay yourself via the booking calendar on this website. Accommodation costs at B&B Scacco Matto must always be paid in advance by bank transfer, PayPal, or the payment option on the website. You can find the current rates on this website.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the reservation, you will pay 100% of the total amount.
B&B Scacco Matto may deviate from this condition in consultation with the user.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation conditions apply to reservations:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 7 days before the arrival date, you will pay the entire reservation amount.
Cancellation is not possible for discount promotions or other agreed price arrangements.
Cancellation Insurance
You are responsible for arranging cancellation insurance yourself.
Payment

Liability
The client and her accompanying guests are jointly and severally liable for all damage caused to B&B Scacco Matto, the supplier, and other guests. This includes all consequential damage, both direct and indirect.
B&B Scacco Matto reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving reasons.
By making a reservation, the guest declares to agree to the content of these General Terms and Conditions and the house rules.
